Update my cell number because some of the rewards require a code to be texted to the cell but if the cell is incorrect, I'll never get that text, will I? ... I need help updating my cell number in order for the text message to come through in my new number. Some of the rewards require that a code be texted to my cell number. Unfortunately, that number is no longer mine. My new one is (***) ***-****.*Thanks for your help.*Gioconda RomeroPolk
This has been frustrating because I've been asking on all different ways to have their help.

I've been with eRewards I think, at least * years.
I tried Q the AI being and she was NO help at all. I then researched their customer service number and located it after a couple of wrong numbers. I called and chose a random extension from the menu bc there was no receptionist answering the phone. I don't know if that VM got to anyone.
How GetHuman-gromerop fixed the problem
