My account has been inactivated. When I go to erewards.com, a foreign language (which I do not understand) appears. I have emailed but do not get a response. I have points accrued and want to know how many I have so that I may use them. Is there a phone number I can call so that someone can talk me through this problem and correct it?
GetHuman-esclevin did not yet indicate what E-Rewards should do to make this right.

I got no response from erewards, even though they said they would get back to me. This was disappointing, but I was sent another survey and upon completing it, the problem seemed to fix itself.
Please help with my E-Rewards issue
