Subject: Feedback on Amelia Ohio Location Dear [Redacted], I wish to provide feedback regarding my recent experiences at your Amelia Ohio location. As a loyal customer for over a decade, I have noticed some concerning issues. The drive-thru at [redacted] OH-[redacted], Amelia, OH [redacted] seems solely focused on speedy service rather than customer care. The manager's behavior has been consistently rude, and there have been multiple occasions in the past few weeks where the card machine was out of order, causing delays and inconvenience. The practice of directing customers with cards to come inside rather than utilizing the working card machine inside is perplexing. Additionally, the timing system in place creates unnecessary stress and chaos in the parking lot. Today, after being informed of the card machine issue once again, my correct order was not fulfilled, leading me to question the service provided. Last Sunday, at the Lancaster, MA drive-thru, I ordered a cheese melt with 2 fried eggs and cheese that was not properly melted; it was disgusting. The drink I ordered was supposed to be iced tea, but it looked like tea and tasted like iced coffee, so I had to throw it out. I have allergies, so if I received the wrong item and consumed it by mistake, it could lead to serious consequences. Despite my complaint at the store in Lancaster, the issue was not resolved satisfactorily, and I ended up discarding the meal. I understand that as a franchise, customer service may vary, but it is vital for the well-being of all customers that food orders are accurate and safe, especially in cases like mine where allergies are involved.

I'm experiencing an ongoing issue with my coffee orders at this location. Despite ordering simple coffees, they consistently get them wrong. Most recently, I ordered an iced caramel coffee with cream and a medium hot coffee with cream and sugar, but without sugar. The iced coffee lacked caramel syrup. I have a strong preference for sweet drinks and can easily tell when they are incorrect. When I addressed the issue with the drive-thru employee, she was dismissive, stating she prefers to make them her way rather than following Dunkin's standards, which was frustrating. It's essential to ensure that the staff pay attention to details when preparing customer orders. I also felt that the employee's attitude towards people with disabilities was inappropriate. As a result of these continued errors, I have refrained from tipping as I normally would. I expect better service when I place an order, regardless of the establishment.

Hi Dunkin Donuts, I am very disappointed with the service at the Ali Mall branch. Is it necessary to require a formal authorization letter for every customer request? What about customers who cannot easily provide one, like elderly individuals? The strict requirement of a formal letter, even for simple requests, seems excessive and inconvenient. The burden falls on the customers to comply with these unnecessary demands, resulting in extra costs and wasted time. Other establishments like Krispy Kreme and J.Co handle similar situations more efficiently by accepting simpler forms of verification, maintaining a more customer-friendly approach. The experience at the Ali Mall branch does not reflect well on Dunkin Donuts and may deter older patrons and individuals with disabilities from visiting. The staff's lack of flexibility and understanding could negatively impact your business with this demographic. Thanks for understanding.

On July 7th, I visited the Drive-Thru window and encountered difficulty placing my order due to loud talking and laughing inside the store. Despite this, I was met with unprofessional behavior as an employee made inappropriate sounds over the intercom, followed by more laughter from others. Feeling mocked, I decided to enter the store to address the issue. Inside, the noise continued as a group of children seemed to be running the place. I usually don't complain, but being a senior and handicapped, I found this experience disrespectful and unacceptable. The location was [redacted] N. Dixie Hwy., Perrysburg, Ohio, [redacted]. The chaotic environment made it impossible to resolve my order calmly with the employee.

I frequently visit the Dunkin’ Donuts at 92 Bridge St. in Lehighton, Pennsylvania almost daily, around four times a week. Lately, the service has been declining. They often fail to inform customers about unavailable items until arriving. Despite ordering my favorite donut through the app, they frequently run out, and it took almost a year to have it back after the pandemic. On one occasion, my order was stolen, and my requested donut was unavailable. Recently, I found no one preparing sandwiches during my visit. They placed my sandwich in an inappropriate box and mentioned they had run out of bags. I suggest they put up a sign because I usually look for bags, not boxes. Their service is disappointing, and the staff seems slow. This experience was frustrating and slow service cannot get any worse.

I purchased 10 Munchkins donuts on 10/01/[redacted] from the Dunkin Donuts store located at [redacted] Central Ave. Unfortunately, they were stale, and I was unable to eat them. My check number was [redacted], and I am seeking a refund for this purchase. I visited a Dunkin' Donuts store on Thorndike Rd in Greensboro, NC, before work to grab breakfast and coffee. Despite only three vehicles ahead of me, it took around 30 minutes to get my order. The staff seemed unaware of a promotion where you could donate and receive a dog toy. When I finally got my order, the sandwich was extremely hard, almost impossible to bite into, indicating poor food quality. The long wait, lack of awareness about promotions, and tough sandwich were disappointing. I hope the store addresses these issues as I expect better service and food quality. If not, I might consider switching to Starbucks, where my experiences have been more positive in terms of customer service, speed, and food quality.

Yesterday, I made a purchase at store [redacted] on 11/8/22 and submitted my tax exempt form. Unfortunately, this morning (11/9/22) I realized I had forgotten my tax exempt form when I visited store [redacted]. I am employed at the New York State Canal Corporation. I am requesting a refund of the NYS sales tax to be issued back to my credit card. I will bring the tax exempt form to the store during my lunch break. Despite informing the store that I had provided the form yesterday, they have mentioned that it may have been sent in.

I visited store #[redacted] in Greer SC yesterday and went through the drive-thru. I asked an employee for the price of medium hot chocolates, which she said was $2.99. However, when I inquired about the price of small hot chocolates, she didn't know and didn't check with other employees. I ended up ordering three small hot chocolates, expecting a different price, but it totaled $8.72. The hot chocolate was too thick and hot, it even burned my son's mouth. I tried calling customer service three times and got hung up on each time. I then called another number and spoke to a representative who was rude and unhelpful. I am disappointed with the service and quality of the drinks and would like a refund. If Dunkin' Donuts customer service continues to be poor, customers will go to competitors like Krispy Kreme.

My husband and I, both seniors who enjoy a daily walk, usually stop at Raffia Road in Enfield, CT for coffee. Unfortunately, around 3 pm, the place gets filled with unruly teenagers. They put their feet on tables, skateboard in front of the counter, and leave trash on the floor, making it hard for others to find seats. Recently, a girl in the ladies' room refused to leave, causing inconvenience. There was also a loose countertop my husband reported, which poses a safety risk. Despite bringing these issues up, there hasn't been any improvement, and it seems like these problems are a daily occurrence. The ladies' room is often left in a mess, which is unacceptable. Better supervision and enforcement of customer behavior policies are needed to address these ongoing issues and prevent them from affecting your business.

Today, we placed order #[redacted] through the drive-thru, as usual, but were disappointed to find a completely burnt sandwich upon arriving home (see attached picture). After returning to the store and speaking with the manager, Isaiah, my husband, who is African American, requested a replacement. Isaiah remade the sandwich and apologized, but things took a turn when my husband questioned why the burnt sandwich was served. Isaiah's response indicating he would have eaten it himself, referring to my husband as "bro," and using inappropriate language was unacceptable. The situation escalated when Isaiah threatened to call the police if we didn't leave. My husband and I, both professionals, were shocked by the disrespect shown to us. We never used foul language or made any racial remarks, yet Isaiah did. We expect a prompt response from your team within 24 hours to address this issue. An apology is due to my husband and me for the incident, which included racial insensitivity and verbal abuse. I can be reached at [redacted]. I purchased an Iced coffee with caramel and cream plus 10 glazed munchkins from store number [redacted] in Doylestown, PA, receipt number [redacted] on 12/29/22 at 9:11 AM. The staff member who took my order seemed to have difficulty listening. Initially, I was given a box containing half chocolate and half glazed munchkins (only 8 in the box). After I pointed out the mistake, he then provided 9 munchkins in a bag, failing at counting accurately. Moreover, my coffee request was announced incorrectly as extra cream and extra caramel, whereas I had asked for a medium with three caramel and three cream. The replacement coffee was not as per my specifications as it lacked enough cream. The service at this Dunkin location is consistently poor, with orders being incorrect around 15-20% of the time. I am requesting a refund for the coffee. With a Wawa being constructed nearby, it is hoped that this Dunkin will improve their customer service or face closure once the competition arrives.

I recently started working at Dunkin on Dixi Highway in Forest Hill before the New Year. My experience has been quite unpleasant. On my first day, there were issues with my pay, and since then, I have witnessed the General Manager and Assistant Manager arguing in front of me, showing no respect. They even threw a bucket in front of me. Every shift, I find myself having to clean the dining area and front counter while being belittled and made fun of by the GM in front of others. The GM even sent me a text saying she didn't want to work with me but didn't officially let me go. Despite this, my name wasn't removed from the schedule, and when I showed up, the GM threatened to call the police on me. This treatment is unfair and unacceptable. Dunkin should compensate me for the lost workday. The GM's attitude and behavior need to be addressed by the higher-ups as she shows disrespect not only towards me but also towards the rest of the team. Actions should be taken to resolve this situation.

I visited the DD Faunce Corner Road location in Dartmouth, MA today at 3:30 PM. When I reached the drive-thru window, I received my order along with two receipts: one for $4.91 (CHK [redacted]) and another for $7.79 (CHK [redacted]). Upon checking, I realized I was overcharged. I parked, went inside, and the staff couldn't issue a refund as they lacked the required key. The manager apologized and suggested I return the next day. I requested a DD gift card for $7.79 but was denied. I believe this situation was not handled properly, and I feel inconvenienced. I live in Somerset and had to drive 25 minutes for my appointment. I have insights to share regarding the Dunkin Donuts in Lumberton where I previously worked. Here are some concerns: - The tea containers are not regularly cleaned, leading to mold buildup. - The ice/frappe machine isn't cleaned thoroughly. - Milk dispenser has chunks of milk buildup. - Toppings are left out in the open. - Expiration stickers are changed frequently leading to the use of expired products. - Food is not cooked in a clean oven. - Custom cakes are delivered in the back of an employee's car. - Drinks are not made correctly. - Roach problem at coffee stations. - Rat problem at the cake station. - Afternoon espresso could be hours old. - Inappropriate behavior by the afternoon manager towards minors. - Lack of consideration for job applications and resumes. I worked diligently at this job and encountered challenges. Despite my efforts, I was paid minimally. I faced conflict with a colleague and misconceptions leading to my unjust termination. I hope for a fair resolution.

This morning, I placed an order on the Dunkin' app for an iced lemon loaf and a drink. When I arrived, they informed me they were out of the lemon loaf. The employee seemed confused when I asked for a refund. Despite my explanation, he insisted I take a donut instead. Frustrated, I left with just a donut and my drink. This isn't the first time this has happened—previously, I ordered three lemon loaves and only received one, with no refund. I suspect they may not have had the items in stock as their app still shows them available. Feeling ripped off at $10.50, I'm hesitant to return. The dry donut was given away. I may have to go back to Starbucks if this continues.

I visit Dunkin' Donuts daily and recently received coupons in the mail. However, when I tried to use them at two different locations in Atlantic City ([redacted] and [redacted] Atlantic Ave), I was informed they were not accepted. The staff at both places were rude, had difficulty speaking English, and suggested I try elsewhere. This experience was not only unpleasant but upsetting, especially with my handicapped son with me. I tried contacting the corporate office but was left on hold for forty-five minutes without any response. It's disheartening to be treated in such a manner.
