I am a loyal customer of Dunkin and visit the Port Charlotte, Florida location at Bayfront Plaza near Rita's Icees and Publix regularly. I spend $16.00 to $30.00 each visit, and unfortunately, there have been multiple instances where my order was incorrect. Despite informing the staff, nothing has been done to remedy the situation, and even the manager has not addressed the issue or offered an apology or credit. This lack of customer service has left me disappointed considering my long-standing patronage of Dunkin.

I had a horrible experience at the Dunkin’ Donuts in Silver Lake with Manager Norman. He was rude and cussed at me and my friend when we asked for a return on food without stickers. Despite the mistake made by employees, he refused our return and raised his voice at us, insisting we leave. The food was also burnt, and he claimed to find hair in it, saying it was pet hair although we have no pets. I want to be contacted promptly. Manager Norman’s behavior was unacceptable, and I wish to report his rudeness and arrogance to corporate for further action.

My cousin Damion works at Dunkin on East Main Road in RI, under the management of his stepfather, Peter Miranda. Unfortunately, Peter has been reported for physically and mentally abusing Damion. This situation is concerning as Peter has a court date in July [redacted] for these charges. Damion is afraid of potential repercussions. It's troubling that Peter, who has a history of alcohol abuse, continues to work alongside Damion. For the safety and well-being of my cousin, I believe it's best if they do not work together.

I visited a new store in Jackson, Tennessee today expecting to receive a $5 gift card. Unfortunately, the lady handing them out missed me. When I inquired with the customer service representative, she informed me that not everyone receives a gift card. I was disappointed since the store had delayed its opening previously and was compensating with the gift cards. Furthermore, the coffee I ordered was unsatisfactory as it lacked sugar, creamer, and flavor despite being described as sweet by the staff. The young man who served me seemed distant and forgetful. He asked me the same question three times and didn't properly wrap my chocolate-filled donut, leading to a mess in the bag. I also noticed the trash can was overturned on the counter, and employees had to pick up the bathroom key next to it. Another can by the exit had the yellow wet floor sign covering the top. Additionally, three employees were seen laughing and using inappropriate language behind the counter, which the elderly couple nearby disapproved of. It's unlikely I will visit that establishment again. - Jimmy

Hello, I am having difficulties checking the balance on a gift card I have had for some time. When I enter the card number on the website, I keep receiving an error message saying, "This value seems to be invalid." Despite the possibility of the card being empty, I am confident that I am typing the correct number exactly as it appears on the card. The fine print states the card does not expire, so if there is a balance remaining, I would like to utilize it. Please advise on how I can accurately check the balance and make use of this gift card.

I recently visited Dunkin' Donuts at [redacted] N. McLean Blvd around 9 pm, just an hour before their 10 pm closing time. Unfortunately, this has become a recurring issue for me where I am denied various beverages from 7:00 or 7:30 pm until closing time at this exact location. I encountered a young male employee who struggled to explain why these beverages were unavailable during operating hours. After this encounter, I went to the parking lot and attempted to contact the store by phone at 9:16 pm to request the manager's name to address my concerns. The young male employee who answered put me on hold briefly, seemingly to discuss the matter with a young female coworker. Upon his return, he informed me that there was no manager available and interrogated me about why I needed to speak with one. Subsequently, he abruptly hung up on me without providing the manager's name. My subsequent calls at 9:18 pm and 9:20 pm were also met with hang-ups or no answer. This experience has been incredibly disappointing as I believe it to be the worst customer service I've encountered recently. Despite the inconvenience of this particular location, I still choose to visit due to its proximity. I am seeking guidance on how to address and resolve this ongoing issue.
