I had two orders from Chipotle that came up at merchant orders (so I have no idea what was actually in the order, or number of items). I separated the two orders as they were given to me by the Chipotle line worker and delivered them. The second delivery the customer contacted me to let me know that the food I delivered was incorrect, as she had no ordered that much food- I was wondering what the solution for this might be in the future? Also, why is there no number on the website to contact customer service directly? That would make the process quicker and more efficient. The customer’s name is Samantha M. Not sure if you have a way to check that, or to alleviate the situation. They are looking for more information as well and have left their phone number with me to call when I hear from you.**Thanks!
