I had my DoorDash account hacked into a few weeks back. Someone used my account to place several unauthorized orders. **I had the issue resolved, and was refunded accordingly.**However, now I can't place new orders.** Each time I build an order and go to check out, I get a message telling my my order can't be processed. **I erased all the the cards that were on file and added the ones I use back on. **This didn't fix the issue.** I am now getting an error saying my card is being declined, regardless of what card I use, and I know for a fact that these cards have more than enough money to cover the order.**I also have a sizable credit on my account and would like to be able to use this.**I know that this credit automatically applies to the order, and that there is a minimum of $*.** that must be charged.**Any order that I have tried to place meets this $*.** requirement, as I always add a tip that meets this minimum requirement.**Essentially I am at the point that I feel like I have to completely create a new account, which is very frustrating as I have a large credit I would like to be able to use.**I believe that some lock protocol is still in place from when I had my account hacked, that is preventing me from using my account to place orders now.**Please restore use of my account so that I may continue to be a customer of Doordash and so that I may use my credit.
