Hi there,*Thais is Farrokh Nohghasr the dasher who made more than **** delivery for DoorDash during past two years, I would like to expess some complains in behalf of many south OC dashers as follow:*First of all, there are many complains about your extra pay for lunch & dinner time. For example you note $*.** per delivery from *:**pm through *:**pm and dashers accept your far distance orders based on $*.** but after ending the delivery they find that you have divided extra pay in $*.** & $*.** in seperate hours and this is exactly is against your noted extra pay in app. This is fraud and drivers are going to follow to see if it is legal or not. *Second, it is few years that your application has many problems that waste driver’s time and prevents to make money and your company does not care to fix problems. On the other hand, it seems there is no one there to be responsible and your poor dasher support continually promise to send the feedback to manager or superwiser but it looks DoorDash has no manager or superwiser to solve problems. *Third, according to far distance, wasting time in restaurants and finding customers, your payment is not enough because car cost is $*.** per mile for drivers and you are paying car cost and it is like slavery. *I expect you to reply reasonable answers as soon as possible to to talk to drivers. *Thanks
