On *** ** **** *Between *pm -*pm *Doing doordash *I received a dash *Half way to restaurant *Dash got cancelled*Ok at that point everything was working fine *Then I get another dash offer *So I except it*Now this is where the problem happen *I except dash address pops up for restaurant *But won't let it register after repeated tryes of sliding for app to go to the GPS for that address*So I called supporting team *Which told me to just use my GPS on my phone to get me to restaurant so I did that because it was letting me see address of restaurant and customer address so I continue went to restaurant picked up order and just used my GPS to get me to customer address*After customer received order I went to slide app over to receive delivery and it wouldn't let me receive my dash so I called support team again and the told to end dash but the app would not register that either *I mean I could see everything but it would not preform task *So then I asked supporting team if I could just uninstall app and then reinstall it *I was told yes so I did *Ain't been back on yet *Last I know I had *** or my account for my first week on work though on ******** *I had ** bucks for that night and it was supposed to go to ** after that run *That never happened *Now when I go on app*It saying my email don't match my phone number *And last time the live supporting team said something about money and account being transferred over to another account *Marksampson*gmail.com*And phone number ********** *That's the problem my account was charged and this issue is making it so I can't use or receive balance of *** or exter my account to start dashing *My patience has been great though now I'm starting to look into going to athority about this issue to protect my banking account and to help me get my money from doordash period*Call me please now to truly help me resolve this issue *Mark Sampson **** *** **** *My email is ******@***.com *Need to hear from you now
