I scheduled an order at **:**am for *-*:**pm and it's now past that time and my order still isn't here. The app gave me a notification that a dasher was at the restaurant half an hour ago but the app tracking still says they're preparing my single slice of cheesecake. How long can this take? I scheduled It at this time as it's the only time I'm available to receive my order and now it's past the scheduled time.
