Hello, my name is Maxwell Broyles and I am a dasher for you and when I got logged out last night I was not able to log back in. I kept on getting a message saying “login error unable to authenticate” so I was thinking I maybe had the wrong password so I went ahead and changed my password but the app is still giving me the same message when I try to log in. I thought I’d give it some time to take in that my password changed so I waited ** hours until this morning to try logging in again and it is giving me the same message even though I know I have the correct password. Because of this I went ahead and deleted the app and reinstalled it and then trusted it again because it’s an enterprise app and when I went to log in it gave me the same error message. Next I went ahead and downloaded the dasher app on another device I have and trusted it and everything and then tried logging in with the same email and password that I’ve been using and it allowed me to log in with no problems or error message. Although this error message is still popping up on my main device whenever I try to log in and when I try to log in on my main device I make sure that I am logged out on the other so I know that is not an issue either. Please help me figure out how I can get logged back in without the error message on my main device. Thank you, please get back as soon as you can as I would love to continue dashing for you today!
