I am not a door Dash customer but I have thought about it. BUT today a coworker ordered and was told that their order would be delivered at **:**. My coworker then went to do some jobs around the office. Around noon she went to check her phone and found a text saying that if she did not come out to pick up her order in the next * minutes she was leaving. It just so happened we were walking out the door at that time. My coworker apologized and was explaining that she was told it wouldn't be delivered until **:**. The delivery person was rude, did not say thank you but did say. "We don't like to wait." She left mumbling something under her breath. I cannot express to you how her customer service skill are extremely impaired.
GetHuman-tonipalm did not yet indicate what DoorDash should do to make this right.
