I ordered food for delivery on Sunday October **st from Denny's in Sarasota Florida on Bee Ridge Road, Order Number ********* The order was placed as a guest on the Denny's website and the delivery should have been fulfilled through DoorDash. I received a confirmation text message saying that my food had been picked up and included a link to track the delivery. I waited for upwards of ten minutes, constantly refreshing the tracking page and the driver couldn't have made it out of the parking lot before a "could not deliver" message appeared on the tracking. Neither the driver (Glenn J) nor DoorDash made any attempt to contact me and explain the issue. I have already tried to resolve the matter through the Denny's restaurant I ordered from and they told me that DoorDash support had told them that my driver did arrive and that I was not there to pick it up, which is not the case as I was home all day and only left the house over two hours after the estimated DELIVERY time and would have heard a knock on the door. I would like to have a full refund for the order as I never received it.
