I contacted the customer to ask about the elevators, but she did not provide this information despite my inquiries. Unfortunately, I was experiencing sudden back problems that day, but I have since sought medical treatment for this issue. Additionally, there was a customer requesting diablo sauce, which the restaurant did not have. I want to clarify that I didn't take any sauce from elsewhere as I value honesty. These incidents have negatively impacted my customer ratings unfairly. I am disheartened by the negative feedback on service platforms like DoorDash and wish to have these complaints removed. I was informed that I would receive an extra $5 for my last two deliveries tonight, but I did not receive the additional money as promised. This caused me to feel deceived because I took on more deliveries expecting the bonus. Additionally, while making a delivery at Redbones, they informed me they were out of certain items after I arrived, leading to a reorder and delays. Despite delivering the food promptly, the customer was understandably frustrated and ultimately gave me a low rating. It was disappointing as the delay was not my fault, but my rating has now dropped below 4.50, impacting my job. Is there a way to improve my rating given these circumstances?
I also wanted to share my experience with delivering pizzas that take longer to prepare than indicated, causing delays. It would be beneficial if we could preview the destination upon accepting an order to better manage our time effectively. This feature would greatly help with scheduling and planning.

This is the second time a charge for a DoorDash pass has been authorized on my card without my consent. This issue occurred previously in October and was never resolved. Even though a refund was supposedly issued on September 22, it is unrelated to the recent unauthorized charges in October. I have provided multiple screenshots of my Chase account transactions and have corresponded with various customer service representatives via email. Despite assurances of a refund, it has not been processed. I can provide additional screenshots if necessary.

As a Dasher, I had a delivery for a customer at Wing Stop. The customer, Christina, was unkind and threatening about the delivery location. She left a voicemail that made me uncomfortable. I chose not to complete the delivery and returned her order to the store.
When I contacted Anna about this incident, she did not show concern for my safety as a Dasher. I felt unsupported and disrespected by Doordash. Dealing with demanding customers like Christina makes me question my safety as a delivery driver.
I am considering closing my Dasher Account due to the lack of support from Doordash. It is crucial that Doordash takes the safety and well-being of its Dashers seriously, rather than just focusing on profits. I refuse to jeopardize my safety by delivering to a customer who is abusive and threatening.

While in Atlanta visiting family, I attempted to pre-order dinner for delivery but encountered issues with your system not accepting any of my credit cards. Despite my cards being valid and not declined elsewhere, I had to arrange for someone to pick up the order due to this problem. The lack of a way to reach out about the issue was disappointing. I ordered Zinburger through DoorDash last weekend. I shared my feedback on the poor customer service with a representative over the phone. I reiterated my order twice. I received an Impossible burger with melted cheese and mayonnaise, despite being vegan. I am disappointed to have had previous issues but chose to address this one. My husband encouraged me to request a refund for the $40 spent on inedible food. The fries were also soggy. I insist on a full refund. My name is Charisy Mathis, and I work as a Door Dasher. I have been delivering for a few months now, primarily in Watsonville, CA, and Santa Cruz, CA. Today, when trying to work in Watsonville, I kept receiving orders from Santa Cruz. I find it unfair since the locations are quite far apart and even the Door Dash app distinguishes between the two cities. The system seems to be sending me orders based on my location in Santa Cruz, making it difficult for me to work efficiently in Watsonville and vice versa. Furthermore, if I decline too many orders, I risk missing out on incentives that require a high acceptance rate. I believe that orders should be more accurately assigned to their respective cities. I have not used DoorDash myself, but I am considering it. However, today a colleague placed an order and was given a delivery time of 12:26. She then went about her office tasks. By noon, she checked her phone to see a message stating that if she didn't retrieve her order in two minutes, it would be taken away. Coincidentally, we were leaving at that moment. She apologized, explaining she was informed the delivery would be at 12:26. The delivery driver was impolite, did not thank her, and mentioned, "We don't like to wait." She left muttering something. It's evident that her customer service skills are lacking.

Today, at 1:49 pm, a rude and disrespectful individual, described as an overweight Black woman driving a silver Nissan car, wearing a pink tee and black tights, with long fake braids, arrived at my home. She refused to move her vehicle until she completed a delivery at [redacted] Darby Close, Portsmouth, VA [redacted]. Despite my objections, she insulted me and made vulgar gestures while leaving. I am in the process of filing a police report. I urge that this person not return to my address, as I do not want any further disturbances. I feel concerned for my safety given the recent encounter.

However, shortly after, another individual called inquiring about the undelivered food. After a lengthy explanation, I discovered I had missed a delivery. This error lowered my acceptance rating to 50%, causing me to miss out on the bonuses for the two deliveries I had planned for that day. I am frustrated and disappointed with the lack of communication between your team members. I kindly request that at least the bonus for the undelivered order be reinstated. I am upset with this situation and may need to leave a negative review as a result.

I felt the system was inefficient because orders should be placed only when a driver is confirmed in the area to prevent food from getting cold and soggy during waiting times. After waiting over an hour to speak with a customer service representative and requesting to be signed out due to technical difficulties, I was assured it would be done. My scheduled dash was from 11 am to 3 pm, but I was unable to stop it at 3 pm. Finally managing to end it at 6:35, I need the time readjusted to reflect the actual end time of 1:35. I encountered issues with the app, resetting my password, and logging out, causing me to exceed my working hours unintentionally. I could only work from 10:58 am to 1:35 pm due to these challenges.
