The issue in GetHuman-kaetee_s's own words
I am a Dasher in Tulsa on Friday I had an issue with an order and spoke with a customer service rep who had to mark my order for Kaila D as delivered maually because of a non active phone line at Tally’s Cafe the puck up spot. I ordered it and paid with my red card and delivered the good ordered. Because normally the business gets the orders on their tablet before I get there and they couldn’t it froze up my delivery screen on my dasher app. The rep marked it as delivered manually as he was on the phone while I delivered and Physically contacted the customer after I left as well. I had another order earlier in the morning for a place called the Donut Hole. I only show * delivery on the delivery money section. Am I not getting paid for one of my orders?
