I just began dilvering with DoorDash this week. I am extremely frustrated because my ratings keep dropping and I have no idea why. It’s very frustrating that drivers have no way to see what they are doing wrong. How am I supposed to improve when I feel I am doing everything right? I ALWAYS check orders. If I’m running late, it’s only because the restaurant did not have the food ready (in this case I ALWAYS text the customer and tell them the situation). I am polite when delivering. I use my hot bag so that food stays warm. I always throw in extra utensils, napkins, mints, etc. So why are my ratings dropping? I am being threatened with deactivation because of my *.** rating. Is there any way someone could tell me what the customers are saying I do wrong? I need someone to contact me with information on what I need to improve based on my reviews or you guys need to make it so that drivers can see the reason for their ratings.
