Dear DoorDash Support,*My name is Saxon Stahl and I was in contact with one of your representatives tonight named Karla Marie. I had an issue with Ibeku sushi taking over an hour to make my order, causing me to decrease my delivery acceptance (I was on two orders where I had to decline the *nd order) and I was told that my rating shouldn’t be affected because of this debacle. I finished my shift recently and my rating went from *.** to *.**, a drastic decrease and I believe my customer, Samson, rated me low for this. I was wondering if there’s anything that can be done to make this rating null because my rating is low because of this order. *Please respond back whenever you can,*Best, *Saxon Stahl
