I have used doordash * times and each time, our orders were wrong and missing items. We were told that the dashers place the orders so it is a shame that every time we use your app our orders aren’t right. The most recent time we ordered veggies for our *year old and they weren’t even in the bag. We can never catch the drivers in time because they literally dash away. We have missing drinks and food and this is completely unacceptable. And once the driver states that the order is delivered you can’t contact them to tell them they got it wrong. This is an terrible system ! I work in customer service so I understand things can happen but it is your job to fix this...we have had an order as large as $** and had to go to the restaurant to get missing items. What is the point of using your app if we have to leave the house to get our food anyway? Should we just eliminate you as the middle man? We are extremely disappointed and with options like Uber eats, how can we even recommend you as a service to others? Liz and Barak
