I am so very disappointed in your customer service and website. I tried so many times to place an order. I tried Q* Bistro, Panda House, Matt the Miller and City Barbecue all in the Columbus, OH ***** zip code. I worked on trying to place an order for over ** minutes. I called three times. I spoke to someone the second time I called, but somehow the call was dropped while he was pulling up my info. Everytime I would click on an item to order, it would open a second window. Most of them were long and it would not let me press enter because it was off the screen. That is why I tried so many restaurants. The third time I called, I waited for a very long time. I wanted to use the promo code I received via email today "*Years", but it was only good for one day. I was so hungry I ended up ordering from Jimmy Johns directly. My email is my work email and I only work * days per week. I will not be back in the office until Saturday **** now. Thank you, Mary Murphy (***) ***-****
