I was trying to order sandwiches. I was embarrassed by the call from DoorDash as I had company. It was insulting. ... I ordered two sandwiches today from Vienna Market in Cleveland OH. I order from them often am a regular customer of DoorDash. Shortly after placing my $** order today (around **:** p.m.), I received a call from DoorDash informing me that I would be charged for extra condiments I ordered. I have been ordering this sandwich for almost a year and have never been charged extra for condiments. A week and a half ago, I purchased * sandwiches at a cost of $**. I specifically remember one or two occasions when I forget to ask for the two extra TINY condiments and Vienna Market included them at no additional cost. If Vienna doesn't charge me, why would DoorDash? I am very upset about this.
This was especially frustrating because I've spent a LOT of money with them* ordering *** times a week. For them to nickle and dime me over condiments when I was spending almost $** on two sandwiches was ridiculous!
Giving me a $** credit and never calling me again with a DoorDash issue. Vienna Market, the restaurant I ordered from did not have a problem with my order. The problem was with DoorDash.
Not exactly sure how long I've been a customer but I have been ordering quite a bit lately as I have some health issues and don't always feel like cooking.
No, I haven't. I've been upset by this every since it happened.
