I recently called my local Domino's to place a pickup order. An automated voice system took my order and promised to send a confirmation text within 2 minutes. Despite being 30 minutes away from the store, I never received the text. When I arrived, the store had no record of my order, causing a delay of 12 minutes for my pizza to be made before I could leave. I was surprised by the change to automated order-taking as in the past, a live person used to handle orders. This experience was disappointing for me.

I placed my food order over an hour ago at 10:00 PM, and I have not received any updates or a tracking link. I already made the payment and I am feeling very hungry. I have been trying to contact customer support at the number [redacted]0 but no one is answering my calls. I have called more than 7 times, and it just keeps ringing without anyone picking up. I am frustrated with the lack of response.

I believe there might be some fraudulent activity going on with my Domino's account. Recently, an order was placed at a store in Houston, TX, using my points to get a free pizza. The order details are as follows: Store #: 6[redacted]5 Woodforest Blvd. #4 Houston, TX [redacted] [redacted] Order #[redacted] Date: 12/30/19-12:20PM 1. Medium 12" Thin Pizza Toppings: Pepperoni, Beef, Robust Inspired Tomato Sauce, Cheese I live in Denver, CO, and did not make this purchase. This is the third time pizza has been ordered on my account without my permission. Although my card was not billed this time, my points were used up. I would like this matter resolved promptly so I can use my points for myself. Any assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, R. Heins

We have recently ordered delivery from Domino's a few times, requesting one thin pizza with extra sauce and one hand-tossed with extra cheese each time. However, on both occasions, the thin pizza had limited sauce and vegetables, and the hand-tossed lacked cheese. We typically order from this Domino's every couple of weeks but have not done so since this last disappointing experience. I contacted the store manager to express my concerns, but no resolution was offered other than to verify our order next time. I wanted to bring this issue to corporate's attention. Thank you, Kim R. My family and I have come up with a fantastic commercial idea for New Year's and we're excited to share it with you. We believe it's truly innovative and would love to send you some video footage of our concept. I am a huge fan of Domino's Pizza, and everyone who knows me can attest to that. I find joy in every bite of Domino's pizza, and the St Jude's coupon is a particular favorite of mine. We're not seeking monetary gain, just hoping to find fellow Domino's enthusiasts who appreciate the Domino's way of life. If you're interested in hearing more about our idea, please feel free to reach out via email. Wishing you lots of love and a happy New Year! 🥰

I placed an order for pizza at 10:06 with an estimated delivery time of 15 to 20 minutes, which seemed quick. I requested both pizzas to have no garlic butter or parmesan sprinkles on the crust, but when the order arrived at 11:20, they had both. After a call at 11:06 to address the missing items, I was offered 50% off for $9.60. The driver got lost and claimed to be new in town, but the GPS directed them to the wrong location, causing delays. Upon arrival, the driver attempted to charge the full amount despite the agreement. A subsequent call to the pizzeria revealed that the driver should have been more familiar with the area. The situation was frustrating given the proximity of the store and the misinformation provided regarding the toppings.

I am reaching out to address an issue I had with the delivery service at store location [redacted] Big Bear Blvd in Big Bear Lake, CA [redacted]. I placed an order for my family at 10:30 PM, and despite being told it would take up to one hour, the delivery did not arrive as promised. I made several calls throughout the evening, with the last one being at 12:50 AM just before they closed. Sadly, the order never arrived, leaving my kids disappointed as they eagerly waited for their pizza. As a loyal customer for over 12 years, this experience was deeply disappointing. I request a resolution to this matter, possibly in the form of a complimentary order from another Domino's location. Thank you for your attention to this issue. Sincerely, one of your dedicated customers.

I placed my order at 5:15 yesterday (12/31) but it was not delivered until 8 pm. The tracker indicated it was in the inspection stage at 6:42 pm. After calling at 7:15 and receiving vague responses, I was concerned and requested a refund if the order was delayed or needed to be picked up. The customer service I encountered was disappointing and unprofessional, although the driver was courteous. Despite our baseball team selling the slice the price cards, the pizzas we received for over $40 were unsatisfactory - two were burnt, and the others were not warm enough. When I tried to contact the store, my calls were continuously met with a busy signal, and when I finally got through, I was placed on hold for an additional 14 minutes only to be told we would not receive a refund. Additionally, we would have to pay for replacement pizzas plus delivery charges. Overall, this experience has left us displeased and we will not be recommending Domino's in our area.

As a new team member at Domino's, I have encountered difficulties with a manager during my training. As I was helping out with dishes, the manager questioned my need for training, assuming I should already know how based on past experience. I found it concerning when the manager made inappropriate remarks and abruptly shifted my training to the front of the store. Despite my lack of experience with certain tasks, he proceeded with minimal guidance. Witnessing his disrespectful behavior towards other employees made me question his professionalism and how he interacts with customers. After much consideration, I feel that the best solution to address his unprofessional conduct would be to have him reassigned from the store.

I had a concerning experience at the Plantation Rd location in Fort Myers. A staff member named Ashley used disrespectful language towards my mother and me. Our order on 12/13 at 7:25pm was incorrect with both pizzas being subpar. Despite the manager Chris promising to make things right and offering additional items, Ashley's behavior was rude and unprofessional, even resorting to name-calling. I intend to share my dissatisfaction on social media, complete with photos of the poor quality of our order, and will not hesitate to escalate the matter further if not addressed promptly.

On January 2nd, I purchased a pizza from Domino's using my debit card. The order included a medium pizza with pepperoni and bacon, along with cheesy bread, totaling over $11. When my order arrived, I waited until Whitman at 1 to eat it as I live 20 miles outside Crockett, Texas. However, upon trying the pizza, I found it to be too spicy due to an excessive amount of pepper or seasoning that wasn't requested. The cheesy bread was accompanied by habanero sauce, which I was unaware of and did not enjoy. Additionally, I was disappointed to learn that the $5.99 pizza deal was unavailable and I was charged full price for the medium pizza with two toppings. I feel unsatisfied with my experience and would like Domino's to address the issues with my order.

I ordered a Domino's Pizza with pepperoni and bacon, but when I received it, the pizza was chopped into small squares and had an excessive amount of red pepper seasoning, which I did not request due to my ulcers preventing me from eating spicy food. Additionally, the stuffed cheesy bread had pepper sprinkled on it and came with habanero sauce that wasn't mentioned. I used my debit card for payment at the Crockett Texas location on Loop [redacted]. I left a message that same night providing my email address, asking for a refund or a properly prepared replacement. I hope they can make it right by refunding me or preparing a new pizza without the spicy ingredients.

I ordered two large pizzas and breadsticks but encountered an issue with a coupon for a free large pizza. The store insisted on charging me $15.89 for one pie, which seemed excessively high compared to other pizza places. I was frustrated because if I have a coupon for a free pizza, paying full price negates the offer. This situation upset me, especially as a frequent Domino's customer. I tried to modify my order, but they claimed it was already being prepared and wouldn't adjust the price. The store's inflexibility and lack of customer service left me feeling upset and disappointed.

I ordered the chicken alfredo bread bowl, but it was delivered flat instead of puffed up. I called the store, and they promised to send a replacement. Unfortunately, the second one also arrived flat. When I called back to complain, they mentioned they were using a new dough. I explained it wasn't rising and that the issue should have been addressed the first time. I questioned their order verification process, and the person assured me they checked every order. I was frustrated that the problem wasn't resolved and shared my disappointment. The person I spoke to claimed to be the store manager named Will at the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania location on Aramingo Ave. This whole experience was quite disappointing and frankly unacceptable.

I recently visited the store in Crossville, TN, and despite a rocky start with the first employee, the following staff members were helpful. I ordered a pizza with extra cheese and pepperoni, only to be surprised that these counted as 3 instead of 2 toppings. I was disappointed by the portion of cheese and pepperoni when I shared the pizza with my daughter who is struggling with brain cancer. Despite these issues, the dough was good, and we found the hand-tossed pizza tasty. Although we live far from Domino's, reheating the pizza was worth the effort. I hope the store can ensure that extra toppings are more generous in the future, maintaining the delicious taste. Sincerely, Cindy L. Deer Lodge, TN

I ordered two special pizzas, a chicken bacon ranch and a Philly steak and cheese. I specifically requested no bell pepper and light onion. However, I received pizzas full of peppers and onions, and my chicken pizza had no tomatoes. Additionally, I ordered Parmesan bites and cinnamon twists, but they forgot the sauces. The order came with a 2-liter drink that they didn't provide my husband when he picked it up. I contacted the store to express my concerns, but they said they couldn't help because they had given us free Parmesan bites before. Even though I've been a loyal customer who has spent thousands at Domino's, they refused to resolve the issue. I feel frustrated by their mistake in my order and their lack of assistance, especially because I have kids who were disappointed with the incorrect food.

My son ordered a pizza today from our local Domino's on Post Rd. in North Kingstown, RI. When it arrived, he noticed a hair baked into the crust of the pizza. I called the store and spoke to the manager, Christy, about getting a refund, but she only offered to make another pizza. Christy was rude and disrespectful, so I raised my voice. She mentioned previous issues with our orders and refused a refund. I spend over $[redacted] monthly at Domino's but will not order from them again due to her attitude. I only wanted a credit for a different day or a cash refund, but she hung up on me twice. I suffer from anxiety and depression and had a panic attack due to the situation. I would like my $21 refunded, as they don't value our business. I can be reached at [redacted]. Thank you.

I placed an order for delivery at 4:14pm from Domino's located on [redacted] #B W Madison Ave, Chicago, IL. By 5:14pm, the Domino's tracker showed my order stuck at the oven stage since 4:30pm. When I called, the employee couldn't locate my order initially and then informed me it was waiting for a driver. I expressed concern about the long wait, and the response was unsatisfactory. Despite the delay, the delivery arrived at 5:54pm, almost two hours later, with the driver displaying a poor attitude. The pizza was cold, rubbery, and inedible upon arrival. After multiple calls, a supervisor promised a new pizza in 15-20 minutes, but it's been 40 minutes already and no sign of it. The entire experience from the delay to the rude service and poor quality of the food was disappointing. I'm incredibly dissatisfied and simply want a refund for this unacceptable service.

I placed an order online and was given an estimate of about an hour for the order to be ready. After waiting patiently for an hour with no update on the order status, I decided to call the store. However, after waiting on hold for over 20 minutes with no answer, I went to the store in person. When I arrived, I noticed that the store appeared closed with the blinds down. Upon entering, an employee was on their phone and ignored me. When I tried to get their attention, they rudely asked if I had already placed my order and proceeded to argue about the situation, mentioning they were busy. While I understand the challenges of working in a busy environment, the lack of communication and unprofessional behavior was disappointing. If they had informed me about the delay or shown better customer service, I would have been more understanding. Moreover, the employee not washing their hands after being on the phone and handling food is concerning.

I made an order from Domino's in Noida Sector-[redacted] on December 14th. Unfortunately, the order was delivered one hour late and was very cold and soggy. I reported the issue on Swiggy's desktop site and was able to speak with a Domino's customer support executive. They assured me that the refund would be processed to my Paytm wallet within 7-10 days, but no refund has been received yet. After reaching out to Domino's customer care again on December 23rd, I was promised a callback within 24 hours regarding the refund which has not happened yet. I have been unable to reach Domino's helpline at [redacted]0 as it seems to be invalid. I kindly request prompt assistance in resolving this matter and expediting my refund. Thank you.
