I am trying to submit an application for a delivery driver position at the Green St. location in Champaign, IL. I had a brief stint at the Danville store but encountered scheduling issues which led me to prioritize my personal life over the job. The General Manager at the Green St. location offered me a position, but I encountered a problem when trying to resubmit my application online. I am still in the Domino's system with my previous account, but the application is being marked as withdrawn. I just want to apply for the Champaign store on Green St. Thank you and God bless. Please respond promptly. My phone number is [redacted] and my email is [redacted]

I recently had an unpleasant experience with the Dominos pizza store located at [redacted] Waterway Dr, Dumfries, VA [redacted]. I placed an order online for three pizzas and cheese sticks for pick-up, but had to wait for over half an hour without any clear updates. Despite inquiring about my order twice, the staff only mentioned that they would check on it. When I approached the store manager, I was informed that I should have called the store instead of ordering online, and he could not assist me. Unfortunately, when I finally received my order after 45 minutes, it was incorrect, and I was informed that I would have to wait longer for the correct items. This experience was incredibly frustrating, especially on a Friday evening. It appeared that there was a lack of leadership at the store, which was disappointing, given the situation.

I had a disappointing experience at the store with the employees. The individual I interacted with, who I later found out was the manager, seemed unclean and continuously rubbed his eye, suggesting he may have conjunctivitis. The cashier's pace was extremely slow, making the service inefficient. Additionally, the manager, identified as "Tony," made racist remarks and was disrespectful. I plan to share my negative experience with others and advise them against visiting the store.

I recently visited Dominos on Lake Rd in Rotorua. I ordered a pizza at 4:30 pm and was told it would be ready in 12 minutes. Despite the store not being busy, my name was never called. After waiting for 30 minutes, I inquired about my order. An assistant retrieved a box from the warmer that had been sitting there for 15-20 minutes, which I hadn't realized was mine. When I mentioned the time it had been there, I was told it had only been a few minutes. The pizza was lukewarm when I left and by the time I got home (a quick 3-minute drive), it was cold and unappetizing. This experience was disappointing and the service was not satisfactory. I would appreciate being reimbursed with another pizza. Thank you for your attention. - Glennys K.

Last Saturday, my husband ordered several pizzas but had to wait longer than expected at the store. They had missed making one of the pizzas, which we realized was our cheese pizza. Upon bringing the pizzas home, we found that the other pizzas had more cheese than the actual cheese pizza. The kids were disappointed with the sauce pizza and we had to throw it away, which was frustrating. We are disappointed with the delay, the mix-up, and the incorrect pizzas. I have a photo showing the comparison if needed. Kindly address this issue.

I had a disappointing experience with a carryout order from location-- at [redacted] Patrick Drive, Burlington, KY [redacted] on 9/25/18 at 5:35 p.m. My order number was 36 served by [redacted]. The large pizza I ordered lacked sauce, making it dry and inedible. Additionally, I received garlic balls instead of the garlic bread twists I had requested. When I called to address the issues, they did not inform me about the substitution until then. The staff's response varied when I complained, with the male manager seeming indifferent and implying I only wanted free items. In contrast, the female manager was more understanding. I am seeking appropriate compensation for this poor customer service experience. Thank you. - Violet S. [redacted] Rogers Lane, Burlington, KY [redacted]

Dear Customer Service, I placed an order on 9/10 expecting a delivery within 33-43 minutes, but after waiting an hour, the tracker said it was delivered. Upon calling the store, I encountered issues with the service. The staff was unhelpful, and Cathy, the Assistant Manager, was rude and hung up on me. The pizza eventually arrived wrong and cold. This experience was disappointing after a long day of travel, and I expected better treatment as a long-time customer. I have been unable to find a valid email address to address my concerns directly. Thank you.

At 5:30 pm today, I called in to request a gluten-free cheese pizza from Dominos, asking specifically for it to be underdone as I have done monthly for a year. Despite having always received the pizza underdone under Brandon's management, the new manager tonight refused. I insisted on a redo for a properly cooked pizza, but the replacement came out even more burnt. I usually appreciate Dominos for the good service, especially under Brandon's supervision, and am disappointed in the way this particular female manager handled the situation - she was curt and disagreeable. This experience has left me dissatisfied, and I will be taking my business elsewhere. Sincerely, Myhk Murphy

I purchased a pan pizza but received a normal crust instead. I contacted the store located at [redacted] Wyoming Blvd NE ste a, Albuquerque, NM [redacted] to inform them. They assured me they would note it down for a replacement. A month later, when I wanted to redeem it, they couldn't find my information in the system. Despite explaining my situation as a 61-year-old Vietnam veteran on disability without a car, they simply apologized and said without my details in their computer, I was out of luck. I rely on neighbors to help me with transportation, and I can't burden them further by asking them to take me back again for a 4-mile trip. It's frustrating to know my contact details weren't properly entered by the store staff.

I recently placed an order for 2 large pizzas and 8 hot wings. Unfortunately, the hot wings were mild instead of hot. After reaching out to Domino's, they asked me to return the wings to the store for a replacement. Upon returning, they provided me with a new order, but to my surprise, one of the wings had already been eaten before I opened the box. When I questioned the manager, he mentioned that the district manager instructed them to include the partially consumed wing with the new ones. This experience left me extremely disappointed and frustrated with their customer service. I feel compelled to share my experience online and will not be returning to this Domino's location due to the unprofessionalism of the staff. I hope this feedback is heard and addressed promptly.

I ordered a large pizza with three toppings and tomato sauce from [redacted] John F. Kennedy Boulevard in Jersey City, NJ. However, when I received my order, it was a medium pizza with garlic parmesan white cheese and no toppings. I politely informed the cashier, who called the manager. The manager insisted the pizza was made correctly, then angrily threw the pizza into the garbage, causing it to fall on the floor. He then rudely asked me to leave the store in front of other customers. I feel disappointed by the disrespectful behavior of the Domino's store manager and expected a more professional and courteous response to my concerns.

On Sunday, October 7th, [redacted], around 9:00 pm, I placed an online order for 2 pizzas, a chicken sandwich, and brownies totaling $30.97. By 9:36 pm, the tracker indicated that Rosalyn double-checked my order for perfection. Feeling concerned when the order did not arrive, I called at 10:31 pm to inquire about the delay. Initially told there was no record of my order, the customer service representative eventually acknowledged the situation after I provided the tracker information. Unfortunately, after being put on hold, no further assistance was given. Subsequent attempts at 11:09 pm revealed delivery problems without any prior notification. Around 12:44 am, Henry B. called to convey he was en route, with a follow-up call at 12:48 am stating he had reached the delivery location. The lack of timely communication, apology, and extensive wait time despite being charged for the order raises concerns about the customer service experience provided.

I placed an order with Pizza Store #[redacted] at [redacted] W 95 St, Overland Park, KS [redacted]. The delivery driver texted me upon arrival, but my business security guard didn't confirm their presence. Attempts to contact the driver went unanswered. Upon contacting the store, the manager mentioned the driver had returned without delivering the pizza. When I requested a fresh order, the manager's response was unhelpful and rude. I emphasized either a fresh order or a refund, leading to a disconnect. After being put on hold and hung up on twice, the lack of professionalism and communication from the store staff was concerning.

I ordered a large 4-topping pizza and cheesy bread for around $24 when it typically costs $19. In the past, this order has always been at the lower price. When I picked it up, the cashier offered an online coupon to match the usual price. I've never been informed about this coupon before despite ordering the same items multiple times. Initially, I was told the pizza should be $11, adding to my confusion. I prefer transparency and would like them to confirm the total over the phone before preparing the order to avoid surprises. Kind regards.

I ordered a pizza last night, and the delivery driver only brought one pizza instead of two. When I questioned him, he told me to contact the store because they might not have made it. After calling, the manager said my second pizza was ready and would be sent out. However, after an hour of waiting, I went to the store to inquire about my order. The manager then confessed that someone had mistakenly given away my pizza and now had to remake it. Despite his initial assurance, I had to wait a total of 2 hours to receive my complete order. This experience was frustrating as I live very close to the store and had chosen delivery due to being unwell at home. I was disappointed by the lack of communication and service. The manager's dishonesty and the delay in my order left me dissatisfied. It seems like there is a need for better training for both the managers and delivery staff at this location.

I recently visited Domino's at [redacted] Mt View Ln, Colorado Springs, CO [redacted] twice after work. I always order my pizza with light sauce, but both times there was an issue. The first pizza had no sauce, and I thought maybe it was my mistake. However, this time I'm sure I asked for light sauce, repeated it multiple times, but the pizza had regular or even extra sauce. Due to a medical condition, I cannot have too much red sauce. I contacted the store, but without a receipt, they couldn't help. I paid cash and couldn't find the receipt. I just wanted a correct pizza, but this time I had to discard it. I could have returned it, but the manager's attitude put me off. I usually love Domino's, but I won't be returning to that location any time soon.

I ordered a pizza and monitored the tracker. It remained in Quality Assurance for more than 20 minutes. The delivery took additional 20+ minutes, and the pizza arrived cold. I called the store to inform the manager that the pizza was cold and the thin crust was soggy, referencing the tracker. The manager said it was under warming lights and in a hot bag for 20 minutes, advising me not to trust the tracker as it was inaccurate. He mentioned pizzas usually take 45-60 minutes despite the initial 30-40 minute estimate and offered to replace the pizza or give credit after I expressed my concerns. I paid in cash and tipped the driver over $5 on a $24 order. To use the credit, I need to call the store, although I was on hold for 10 minutes initially. It's disappointing to receive a cold, soggy pizza after this experience.

I recently picked up a carry-out pizza and noticed some issues with my order. While the two large two-topping pizzas were correct, the cheesy bread I ordered was substituted with cheese bites, and both of the ranch dipping sauces were missing. I contacted the store, and they were apologetic and kind but mentioned they couldn't refund me directly. They advised me to reach out to you for assistance. I appreciate your help in resolving this matter.

I appreciate you taking the time to read about my recent experience with Domino's on November 9th. As a long-time loyal customer, I was disappointed by the service I received from the Berwyn Heights, MD location near Greenbelt. When I called to address my concerns about skimpy toppings, I was kept on hold for 10 minutes and then hung up on. When my order finally arrived after 1 hour and 20 minutes, the pizza and wings were cold, and the box was damaged. The manager was unavailable both when I called last night and this morning, leading me to believe there may be leadership issues at this location. I hope to bring this to the attention of Domino's corporate office to prevent similar experiences for other customers. I can be reached at+[redacted]0 and look forward to resolving this matter promptly. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I am writing to file a complaint about my experience at Domino's Pizza in Englewood today. The employee who took my order was on the phone the entire time, making it hard for me to communicate my order clearly. She handled another customer and money without washing her hands properly or wearing gloves, which made me uncomfortable. When I tried to address this, she was rude and unresponsive. I decided to cancel my order. I spoke to another employee who mentioned they don't have to use gloves, which surprised me. I attempted to speak to a supervisor but was redirected. It's concerning that the employee only washed one hand without soap after handling money. I suggest reviewing the store's security camera footage for proof. Here are the store details: 89 W W Palisade Ave, Englewood, NJ [redacted]. Thank you for your attention. Vineetha Vincent
