This morning a Dominion technician came to my door to ask for access to my locked gate back yard to read my meter. I appreciate and understand this need. However since this was the first in, I don't know how many years, my meter was read I questioned why. I was told it was read every month but I absolutely know this to be untrue since I have a pool and I have kept both back yard gates locked for safety. I was advised to contact Dominion to report that "remote" reading was not available to Dominion because of a problem with my meter. Either repair the meter so that it can be read remotely, or call before each visit so that I can make arrangements for the gate(s) to be unlocked.

GetHuman-roscoela did not yet indicate what Dominion Virginia Power should do to make this right.
