Hello. Serious incident happened yesterday at West Roxbury Sore*****. I brought * tall candles to the register, and the young woman, the cashier, asked me "Do you want a box?". I said, No, thank you. She rang candles one by one, and I asked if I could have a plastic. She immediately started yelling at me: "I asked you if you want a bag, you said No!". Like a rabbit animal, she was getting louder and louder, and would not stop. I said "Please stop yelling". She was getting worse. I was afraid that she would attack me physically. That cashier did not appear mentally stable. Here I had no choice but ask for a Manager. He came running. Without talking, Steven, the manager, packed all my candles in the bag himself, and said "I am sorry". The whole situation was so tense, that Steven forgot to put my receipt in the bag. I realize that it could have been a misunderstanding due to the cashier having a little accent. No problem, but the way she got out of control mad and angry, yelling at the customer, is very concerning. No customer has to be treated this way, with anger and hostility.. No human being has to be treated with anger and hostility. I strongly suggest Dollar tree management to get the cashier trained, and get that cashier away from customers, because she will attack somebody one day, and physically harm somebody.
