I am a regular customer at the Dollar Tree in Wilkes-Barre Twp, PA. I have a medical condition called IBS and often need to use a restroom quickly. I appreciate that there is a restroom available for customers to use in this store. However, the restroom's condition is unacceptable. A simple fix could drastically improve it. There is no trash bin, causing used paper towels to be scattered on the floor. I noticed a broom with a large pile of trash in the corner. I have discreetly informed a store clerk about this issue several times, but it hasn't been resolved. Access to a restroom is vital for many customers, especially those with medical conditions like mine. Taking care of the restroom would be greatly appreciated not only by me but also by others. I am willing to provide a photo if needed. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

During my recent visit to the New Albany Plaza store in New Albany, Indiana, I experienced a disappointing customer service encounter. While waiting in line for approximately 7 minutes, the cashier called for assistance. An older blonde employee arrived and seemed irritated, stating she would only serve the next person multiple times in a rude manner. Despite being next in line, she ignored us and helped customers who arrived after us. Her negative attitude was evident, making the shopping experience unpleasant. I decided to leave my items and went to the other New Albany store, where I received excellent service. It's important for employees to maintain a positive attitude even if they are not enjoying their job. This encounter left me with a poor impression of the customer service at this Dollar Tree location.

I frequently visit your Dollar Tree branch located at [redacted] Austin Highway in San Antonio, Texas. Initially, I found the store well-managed with a clean and well-stocked environment, and the staff was always pleasant. Unfortunately, there has been a significant decline in the store's upkeep lately. The aisles are cluttered, items are broken or misplaced, and the cold/frozen section is consistently empty. The overall cleanliness of the store has also deteriorated. Despite my loyalty to Dollar Tree, I am hesitant to return to this particular location even though it is conveniently close to my residence. As a disabled individual who relies on a walker, I find the disorganization and scattered boxes throughout the aisles to be hazardous. The boxes are not stacked neatly, and some are left haphazardly in the middle of the aisle, posing a safety risk.

Good morning, I bought a car charger for my phone from your Temecula, CA store. Unfortunately, after a few uses, the charger overheated, causing my phone to burn. Apple Support directed me to the Apple store, where it was confirmed that the malfunctioning charger caused the issue. I had to purchase a new phone for $[redacted].91 due to this. I hope for reimbursement and await your prompt response. Thank you. - I.N.

I was gifted a $10.00 Dollar Tree gift card for my birthday but encountered issues using it. On my first attempt, the cashier mentioned I had too many items, even though I only had 12, so I anticipated having to pay the difference. Today, after carefully selecting 8 items within the card's value, the cashier kept swiping it and informed me that they don't accept gift cards at this store. I'm unsure how to handle this and need advice on how to proceed. I will have to inform my friend who gifted me the card, but I want to ensure they get their money back. - H.N. I have been a frequent shopper at DollarTree Baymeadows Festival Store #[redacted] for over a decade. However, during my recent visits, I have noticed that the shelves are consistently not fully stocked, with some even empty. Despite seeing three workers present, there was a cart full of unpacked merchandise near the entrance. I was disappointed as I spent $48 and could have purchased more if the items were available on the shelves. Additionally, I observed two employees, along with two individuals who did not seem to be staff, going in and out of the office carrying bags. This behavior struck me as unusual. When inquired, I was informed that the store was awaiting a truck delivery, but considering the extensive empty shelves, I found this explanation hard to believe. I am extremely dissatisfied with the current state of the store and feel that it requires more proactive management and attentive staff. I hope that the situation improves soon. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I enjoy shopping at Dollar Tree store [redacted] in San Jose, CA. However, I encountered an issue with the employees' lack of assistance. When I asked for a shopping cart, I was abruptly told that they did not have any available. As a disabled person, it is challenging for me to walk, but I still went in for one item. While in line, I noticed the manager's family member using a cart. It was evident they were family as the manager gave them money. This family member was allowed to use the cart, while customers like me could not. Additionally, there was another cart filled with discount items that customers were not allowed to use. When I inquired about this to an employee named Sylvia, she informed me that it was strictly for discount items. It is disappointing that the carts are seemingly reserved for family members only. A clear sign indicating this policy should be displayed.

I have been preparing delicious meals using Dollar Tree products, spending only five dollars per night for a complete meal. For example, I made meat and cheese lasagna with garlic bread and stir fry with side dishes and garlic bread, all for five dollars each. I am considering starting a blog to share these recipes and help others feed their families affordably. If you are interested in seeing pictures, recipe descriptions, or sponsoring my blog, please reach out. I have also had success with dessert recipes and crafts. In these challenging times, providing meals for just five dollars has been incredibly helpful for many. Thank you.

I visited the store in Lynn, MA on the Lynnway about 30 minutes ago. While shopping with a full cart, I urgently needed to use the restroom due to a medical condition causing frequent urination. The associate informed me that the bathroom was not available to the public. Despite explaining my situation as a paying customer, she refused. Her attitude was dismissive and unsupportive. Although I didn't catch her name, she is a pregnant employee who often wears a beanie hat. This incident was the last straw given her consistently unfriendly demeanor. I left the store disappointed with a full cart and went to Starbucks nearby. Although I didn't plan on purchasing coffee, I shared my experience with the Starbucks employee who not only listened but also gave me a free coffee and excellent service. I am disheartened by what occurred and usually frequent this store as I work nearby. Being treated poorly has led me to reconsider my future purchases, leaning towards shopping at Dollar Zone down the street.

On April 26, [redacted] at 10:14AM, I visited the store at [redacted] Tully Road, San Jose, CA [redacted]. During my transaction, the cashier Gale, an African American woman, raised her voice at me. I placed my shopping bag on top of my items for her convenience, but Gale picked it up and instructed me to move it to the other side of the counter. After placing the bag down in front of me, I put it back on top of the items. She then forcefully placed the bag on the counter, insisting I move it to the other side. She repeated this action even though she had already placed the bag where she wanted it. In addition to this, Gale proceeded to yell at me multiple times, citing store policy and the length of the queue as reasons for her behavior. I found her demands and tone to be unacceptable. I contacted the manager, Marion, to address the situation, who offered an apology. However, I believe that Gale should be terminated for her unprofessional behavior. I am seeking a resolution and request a $10 gift card in response to this incident.

Order # EC[redacted]4 Hello, I placed an order for pickup at Dollar Tree Store [redacted] on 04/16/[redacted]. I ordered 2 cases of Flared Glass Pilsner and 1 case of Luminarc Stemless Glass Wine Glasses (SKU#[redacted]). While both cases of Flared Glass Pilsner were received, the case of Luminarc Stemless Glass Wine Glasses was missing. The manager, Johnny S., was very helpful and provided me with a note confirming the missing item. I contacted customer service, and they confirmed that the missing case had been shipped and would be available for pickup on 04/30/19. However, I did not receive a confirmation email or the item on the specified date. After multiple calls to customer service, the issue remains unresolved, causing significant inconvenience. I am disappointed in the handling of this matter and request prompt resolution or a refund. Your attention to this matter is appreciated. Thank you, Nancy R.

Good morning, I recently had an unpleasant experience at one of your stores where an employee was rude to me. I visited the store to buy newspapers and was surprised to be informed that I could only purchase three. I don't understand why there's a limit on newspapers when I was told it's to ensure other customers can also buy some. If other customers truly wanted newspapers, they could make arrangements to acquire them. The suggestion to visit another Dollar Tree to buy more newspapers seems inconvenient as I prefer shopping in my immediate area. I'm puzzled as to why there's a restriction on newspapers when other items aren't limited. As a coupon user, I find it frustrating that I can't purchase more newspapers, especially if they are available. I kindly request a response to this email as I'm confused by the situation. When I asked to speak with the manager, I was informed that Tanita is the manager at the store located on [redacted] block of Baltimore National Pike in Catonsville.

I recently had an unpleasant experience at the Dollar Tree on West Highland Ave in San Bernardino. While using a cart with a slanted pole that knocked down merchandise, the night manager, Kiera, responded with a bad attitude when I explained it was due to the bent pole. When I questioned if she was accusing me of causing it intentionally, she insisted no one else had problems. Instead of helping, she threatened to throw me out saying she doesn't play games. Despite being disabled and needing the cart, when I requested her name, Kiera refused twice. After learning her name from another employee, she admitted she was the manager. I expressed my disappointment in her behavior but felt unheard. This incident occurred a week ago, and I finally had the chance today to address it.

I recently shopped at Dollar Tree and encountered a frustrating experience with the cashier. I purchased cling wrap, Lysol, and Wet n Wild products along with coupons. Despite having legitimate coupons, the cashier was rude and limited me to using only four coupons per day. When the Wet n Wild products beeped, instead of calmly resolving the issue, the cashier threw my items and coupons on the counter, causing embarrassment. The manager also displayed poor customer service by rudely enforcing a new policy about not accepting $1 coupons. This encounter left me feeling humiliated and I may reconsider shopping at Dollar Tree in the future. The staff at this Abbeville, SC location, particularly the cashier named Lakeyshia and the older manager with white hair, need better training on company policies to avoid similar unpleasant experiences for customers.

On May 20th, [redacted], I visited the Dollar Tree on St. Route [redacted] in Akron, Ohio, to exchange a cupcake holder and a cake pan. At 5 o'clock, the manager publicly embarrassed me by asserting that the items I brought back were dirty due to a fingerprint on the cake pan and water spots on the cupcake holder. I explained that I needed to exchange them because the clips were not holding properly, not for a refund. Despite not having a receipt, I had purchased the items the day before for a bake sale. The manager's loud accusations in front of other customers left me feeling humiliated as she refused the exchange, insinuating that the products were contaminated. The incident was uncomfortable, especially because there were people waiting in line who overheard the exchange.

There have been concerning behaviors observed at three stores in Michigan involving employees not working their scheduled hours and inappropriate conduct such as drinking and smoking weed on the premises. The locations are 13 Mile and Harper in St. Clair Shores, Quinn Road and Gratiot in Clinton Township, and 23 Mile and Gratiot in Chesterfield. The managers Jenna, Liz, and Ashley are mentioned, with the most problematic store being the one at 23 Mile and Gratiot. Employees Paula and Brittney are commended for their professionalism, while Kelly and Ashley are described as unprofessional. Mention of a cashier named Stephane with questionable actions involving a gun permit is also made. The writer expresses concerns over the lack of action and suggests that if these issues are not addressed, it might be best to consider closing the stores to save resources.

I reached out yesterday but couldn't provide my contact info due to concerns about retribution from Ashley. Urgent action is needed to address the situation involving Ashley owing money to Brittney and not repaying her. Allegedly, Ashley is mistreating colleagues, such as pressuring Ms. Paula and enabling Kelly's irresponsible behavior. There seems to be favoritism towards Kelly, who reportedly abuses privileges and disregards work responsibilities. The work environment appears toxic, with many feeling compelled to seek alternative employment due to the situation. The lack of professionalism displayed by Ashley and Kelly, including inappropriate attire and accessories, raises serious concerns. It is apparent that intervention is necessary to ensure a more functional and respectful workplace for all employees involved.

Hello, my name is Karim. I am contacting you about a concerning issue involving my friend's wife, Saima Akter Moly, who is working at Dollar Tree location [redacted] Blending Ave, Alameda, California. She is working without authorization, as she does not have an SSN, receiving cash instead of a check, and is facing mistreatment by the store owner. This treatment includes not receiving minimum wage, having her hours cut, and experiencing rude behavior. It is important to adhere to government policies regarding work permits, which the owner has disregarded. I have tried contacting Dollar Tree office with no success and have reported this to the ICE department. I urge you to address this promptly to prevent any negative repercussions for Dollar Tree corporation. It is my responsibility as a concerned citizen to bring this to your attention. Thank you.

I have been a long-time customer at your store on St Clair Street in Painesville, Ohio for around 8 years without any issues. However, over the past year, there have been troubling incidents involving the new manager at that location. My son was accused of stealing, and more recently, my daughter was denied access to the restroom while the manager gave preferential treatment to other customers based on their race. This discriminatory behavior has caused me great concern. I witnessed a black customer being told the restroom was out of order, while a white customer was given the key just moments later. During my most recent visit, the manager's suspicious behavior towards my family implied we were not trustworthy, though she did not directly accuse us. I would appreciate it if you could reach out to me promptly to address this issue, as I am determined to resolve it.

I visited the Dollar Tree in Mount Airy, North Carolina around 5:30 PM. Upon arrival, I encountered a long line of customers, including myself, waiting with only one cashier available. Two other employees informed the cashier she would be handling it alone before retreating to the back. Despite a customer's attempt to request assistance, only one employee briefly appeared without providing support. Due to this delay, I had to leave my items in the store as I had an appointment to attend. Regrettably, I learned that several other customers had to do the same. As someone who works in customer service, I found this situation to be unacceptable.
