I asked for a certain type of vehicle, I received confirmation of that type of vehicle via email, days later I received a different email stating a different type of vehicle. I called "Customer Service" which got me a real live human in... the Philippines, adn that person really had very little idea if the car described in the second email was in the same class as the vehicle I had been confirmed for in the first email. Why? Because they are in the Philippines, and don't have the same types of vehicles, or same models of vehicles in the PI, that we have in the U.S. Not their fault for not knowing the answer, but an example of why customer service shouldn't be outsourced! Or, shall we call it "Customer Avoidance Service". A fine example of another U.S. corporation doing it's best to avoid any real interaction with customers.
GetHuman2703228 did not yet indicate what Dollar Rent-A-Car should do to make this right.
