Yes this is Matt Davis I bought a five pack of the Hanes facemask from your store this **** this past week. I got home open the package and realized it wasn’t what was I thought it was. I took them back to the store with the receipt and ask for a refund and the manager was very rude and said that they hit the box of been taped he was not give me a refund. I went home look at the Dollar General return policy and it clearly states you’re not happy with the product bring it back and you’ll be refunded. I tried again today and the manager was very rude. He said I should be ashamed of myself. I shop there three or four times a week. I want Dollar General to stand behind there return policy and refund my money. The store is located at *** South Enochville Avenue. Kannapolis NC ******The store manager is Kareem Hammond. He also told me he was a **** good manager in the presence of other customers. I expect a call no later than Monday at twelve noon. *Matt Davis ***-***-****
