I purchased some sweat pants and shirts for my husband who was in the hospital after having his right leg amputated. I explained to the cashier that I may need to return the items as I wasn't sure if i had the right size. I inquired about the time frame to return items as we would be going to rehabilitation after discharge from the hospital. The cashier told me returning the items for a refund would not be a problem as long as I had my receipt. **I purchased the items on October **st and tried to return them on November **th. The cashier told me her manager said not to accept returns after ** days from date of purchase. **I looked around in the store and didn't see any deadline to return items and neither did my receipt have anything about returns. **My husband has been very ill, he broke his back on July *th, went on emergency kidney dialysis on July **th, had a nerve compressed in his right arm in August while at dialysis and then had his right leg amputated on October **th. He lost a huge amount of weight which is the reason I wasn't sure about the size to buy. **We have medical bills that would likely amaze you and simply cannot afford to keep clothes he can't wear. Is there any exception to be made to allow me to receive a refund? I would even be happy with a store credit that I could use, anything to avoid losing over $** when money is so tight at this time.**Thank you,**Lisa Gremillion
