You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.
The issue in GetHuman-bduluc's own words
An unauthorized charge was put to my account for $*** on July *rd. This called was closed and the new one is being sent to me because of that fraudulent charge. I am contesting that charge of $*** on July *rd from my direct card **** **** **** **** experience ******* code ***.*Bruno F Duluc*Dob ***********I tried to call and call , I was waiting on the phone for over an hour and a half twice. I finally was able to cancel my card and get a new one sent in the mail * day delivery, * I would please look into it and see I did not do the last purchase *withdraw of $*** . please rembourse the $*** to my account. * the transaction right before the fraudulent one was a four or five dollars to a coffee place in Pasadena in the morning.* I go to call from what seemed to be your * * * number telling me but it was direct express calling me about what appears to be a fraudulent transaction in my account which had to do with amazon.com. I did not do any purchase with Amazon so I told them to please send me your new job since this one was compromised. the perpetrators well disguised as you Direct Express. When I try to call you I was put on hold for over * hours twice and once they cancelled my compromise called I could not call to talk to anybody about the reimbursement he was impossible to get anybody at that point.*I am very upset and very worried
