My name is William J. Swan, Jr. Last * digits of my card is ****. On November **th I made a payment to Boost Mobile in the amount of $**.**. This payment was processed from my account twice rather than once. One payment has posted and one payment is yet in the pending status which should not be posted as I ONLY MADE * PAYMENT. You can see through my previous monthly payments to Boost Mobile, they are only paid once per month in the amount of $**.**. Please reverse the $**.** "pending" to Boost Mobile.**I have been attempting numerous times to call the customer service line and reach a live person to discuss this matter. I must say that this has been an extremely frustrating situation and believe that you need to implement a better customer service solution for reaching a live person. Please provide me with how I am able to reach a live person to talk to on the phone about this matter. Thank you for your time and attention to this important matter.
