This line is very busy. To reduce your wait time, call their number, when it asks you to select a language select option 3. This line is also 24hrs; to reduce your wait time further call after 9pm

I always call my card before going to the atm I called it the first time around noon and the funds that i expected to be in there were not. So I called direct express and they told me that a transaction was made from my card at *:** a.m. this morning for something called fibers muscle but there is no number for me to call to let these people know not to follow thru with the transaction and direct express said I had to wait till the transaction to go thru to dispute it if this is the case it could take ** days for me to get my money back if the transaction is still pending it makes no sense for direct express not to be able to give me my money back now because clearly this was not me I wanted my money returned to my card immediately
GetHuman1466934 did not yet indicate what Direct Express should do to make this right.
