We have been customers for over ** yrs. My husband dealt with someone last year for over * hrs. Trying to negotiate some sort of discount. After * hrs , they finally gave us a deal of $**.**, increased to$***.** the following month.increased yet again last month to $***.**. And this month it is now $***.**. Our year was up last month.why is this latest bill $***.**??? The person that gave my husband the last discount of $**.** said to give you guys a call when this discount was expired. And you could again work something out. We realize that things may have gone up since last year, however these jumps are ridiculous!!! The reason I am emailing you is that neither my husband or myself have * hrs to spend on the phone. It's crazy that you would treat a loyal customer of ** yrs like that !! We would be willing to pay $***.**. I'm giving you my email and phone ***-***-****. If we don't hear from you in the next few days, my husband will be calling to cancel our acct. And move on. Also we would expect a refund on the $***.** bill as well as an adjustment on the latest bill of $***.**. Thank you
