I am Lee Rogelstad. Account number *********. I subscribed to Direct TV a year ago, knowing that in one year my bill would go up. I have nothing in writing telling me how much it would increase. All I have is some notes I made.In these notes I have $*** or $***. I got the new bill from AT&T, IT is $***.**. Had I known at signing that it would go up that much I never would have subscribed. My inclination now is to cancel. Yesterday I called ***-***-**** to find out what it will cost me to cancel. I was transfered to six different offices . The last one never picked up. I still don't have an answer. And AT&T does not have a customer service department so I am out in the cold unless you can help me. Thanks, Lee
