after express my displeasure of having to wait for hours to be able to log into my account to restart up my DIRECTV NOW account they told me that they were going to compensate me by giving me a free month because I told them that I was done and I was just going to go through Sling TV because it was taking them so long just to be make it make it so that I could be able to get into my account and then once I would’ve those four hours got disconnected got back on the person told me I was an allowed to get a free credit and that I had wasted all my time after I already spent the money on the Sling TV subscription the only reason I was taking the free subscription from DIRECTV was because they were Going to give them the opportunity to prove to me that they can give me good customer service because that’s not what I saw within the first hour hour and a half of a login issue because they have a new system with their AT&T ID that cabinet rerouting me back to the login my new so they told me that they weren’t lying to me about either one person lied to me and took my car down card information down fraudulently to do something malicious to my account or the other person lied to me about not being able to give me the free credit because of the fact that I told them that I was going to have nothing to do with them because of the how much time it took them to get me on there like oh well we we can help you out with that will get that rate settled with you Ed took from **** until *** this morning for them to do nothing for me except give me logged into my account which two hours ago was Nolan void because I told him that I was done already signed up for Sling TV I told the lady I was like if you can’t find a fixed by the time I sign up for Sling TV I told her that I had my card information and is going to pay for it
