I was with Directv for at least ** years. Periodically, I had my service ungraded. For the past several months of this year, i made several complaints about technical problems as well Customer Services' inability to address my complaints sufficiently. **Finally, on *******, I became so disenchanted with the quality of service, i decided to discontinue my service with Directv. I did not hesitate to Customer Services since i was so furious.* *I spoke with a representative about why i decided to discontinue my service. I was given instructions about how to return Directv's equipment. I returned the equipment as instructed .**During the month of August ,i made two payments for a total of $***. In October , i received a bill for ***.**.*This bill did not reflect exactly what this $***.** covers**Later, I was told that this bill covers the balance plus early cancellation fee. I challenge the accuracy of this bill i received in October . If i owe anything it would be for the balance. At this point, no-one has explained to me how i got a balance of $**.**. I vehemently challenge the early cancellation fee . I discontinued my service with Directv simply because the quality of service. **I need to speak with someone about this bill, particularly regarding the early cancellation fee. My phone * ***-***-****. Also, as requested, i provided my email address.
