I have called * times over the last several weeks to get license and insurance information that my HOA requires before install. Every time I call I am transferred five or six times and speak to people that do not speak English as their first language and are not helpful. I am not able to install a dish until I get license and insurance information. Installation was supposed to be today (rescheduled several times) and the technician did not have the license or insurance. He also didn't have a wireless box as he said the "order got messed up." My dad came to my home to wait on the installer and was here at *:** am. The installer, Giovani, left at noon and told my dad he would be back with a different box in an hour. My dad waited until almost *:** pm. Giovani never returned. I called him and he said the order was messed up and he didn't know when it would be fixed. He gave me his supervisor's number and I left Andrew a voicemail and never received a phone call back. Giovani said he didn't know when it would be fixed or installed and also couldn't provide license and insurance information. My father was on the phone with someone for over an hour for now the sixth time since I called to try to set up my account. Every time I call Customer Support I'm put on hold and transferred until someone hangs up or I have used my entire lunch break trying to fix the issue and have to go back to work. The installation is still not yet complete and I need to cancel my service. The customer service experience has been awful and I've spent more time on the phone with rude and unhelpful staff the last several weeks that I don't know how this company is still in business.
