How can I talk to someone about improving your customer service! *I recently spent * hours with a telephone Technician ( off shore). *She could only offer me a new remote after a *:** phone conversation. *Again I called your Tech line and again.*The third time I reached a technical *Support who spoke clearly and directly *And we got success in less than ** minutes. She spoke clearly and with confidence. This tech was such a professional. Unscripted and bright, intelligent and direct. *As a long time customer this professionalism is what I want.!*Otherwise AT&T has hired scripted *Robots. I should then shop around.*Please respond to my frustration, unless you can afford to lose another customer.
