Get rid of the d.v.r's ... When Directv service men came to my residence on ******* to install updated equipment, I was told by them that the added services, advanced receiver service & Directv whole-home DVR service would not cost any more than I had been previously paying. However, when receiving the current statement, I was very displeased & feel as if I was duped into this new equipment. I have talked with help via phone & internet, but all I get are promises to get back in touch with me, but no follow up. I want this matter resolved immediately, or I will have no other option but to change tv service companies.* A. McMahan* Acct*********
No one has bothered to contact me or care whether I was satisfied with the new service, which I did not want and I STILL DO NOT WANT IT. I just want to go back to my not having a recorder.
GetHuman917832 did not yet indicate what DirecTV should do to make this right.
We have been good costumers for several years and also had A.T.& T. phone service as long as we have lived here , which is over ** yrs.
