The issue in GetHuman-janismcc's own words
June **, *****DIRECTV*To Whom It May Concern,*On June **, ****, I had a horrible experience dealing with one of your employees by the name of Mr. Richards, supposedly a senior supervisor. Mr. Richards put me on hold several times for **-** minutes at-a-time when the wait time was less than a minute, according to the auto recording. He was completely disrespectful, condescending, and seemed not to understand my plight or even care. Ultimately, he denied my request to credit my account for the "free" Starz for one month. I requested to speak to his supervisor and was put on hold (again) for too long (way longer than "less-than-a-minute"). I called back and requested to speak to Mr. Richards' supervisor and was told he was the senior supervisor. What a joke! What happened to customer service? Your company clearly discounts excellent employee training, this is for certain. How this man is a senior supervisor is way beyond me. It is quite evident that all you really care about is your company's bottom line and profit. I would NEVER be treated this way if I was a man. You need to take this concern seriously. *When asked why DIRECTV bills the customer for a "free" **-day Starz trial and a "free" **-day HBO trial based on DIRECTV's billing cycle is, at the very least, false advertising. AND, to have the gall to bill me for one TV ($*) and advanced receiver service ($**) is ludicrous. By the way, no one knows the infamous billing cycle dates except DIRECTV and your service reps do not inform the customer of this. Such a rip-off you are. If this situation does not result in a credit to my account, I am taking my business elsewhere (both DIRECTV and AT&T accounts). Just in case you are not familiar with simple arithmetic, ** days from May ** is not June **. I'm just sayin'.*Yeah, just keep on taking advantage of your customers (and conducting business as usual) and you'll find that you have less and less. Corporate and government greed is what is so wrong in the world and I can promise you one thing…I am much happier with less than you are. Also, STOP texting me. I pay for text messages and I certainly do not want to give any more of my hard-earned money to you.*Sincerely, *Janis R.
