The issue in GetHuman-yfineb's own words
When we signed up for directv we was told by one of your sales people in KIngman az. that the first ** mo. was $**.** per month. Then it would increase to $***.** for the next ** mo. We didn't expet that large an increae and almost didn't sign up but decided to try it for a couple of years. I don't like being lied to and will simply not pay more than I was told. If you want to accept $***.** a month we will stick around for the balance of our year. If you insist on charging more than we was told YOU are breaking our agreement and we will not honor our part of the agreement which is to keep the service a minimum of * years. If you don't intent to honor the agreement you can turn the TV service off effective immediately and send me a box so I can return your equipment.*Brad Fine***********
