I purchased a flex volt **v battery *ah pack. on ****** cash. home depot . shorewood illinois I have receipt.the pack will not charge. I tried to take it back to a home depot store. the associate said they couldn't take it back. to call dewalt. homedepot would not except . even with receipt. id like simply know where I stand. regarding warranty. and does my situation. and unit comply. battery date info. ****** **-**-*-*

I called Dewalt customer service. Waited on hold for ten minutes!!*The voice prompt asked if you want to leave your number . you can. And not loose your place . So i thought what do i have to lose. So i continued with life. * minutes later . *** phone call. IT WAS DEWALT CUSTOMER SERVICE. the rep was to the point! She asked for specific information . IE. Whats the problem. When did i purchase. Model. Date on battery. Then she checked if she had my model in stock. ! . then she asked my mailing address. Then asked if i wanted the mailing slip emailed to me or us mailed. At this point im in shock. The experience was completely painless and professional. I will buy dewalt again because of this!! Outstanding customer service.
