I ordered a receiver directly from denon on their web site denon.com. I received an email telling me it was confirmed, but I never received a shipping or tracking number. It was going to be shipped via UPS. I have waited as long as *.* hours of the phone with no response. I tried email, no response. I tried support which transfered me to parts, who have no way to check the order. I tried live chat, they can't tract the order. Any other suggestions. They did place a hold for the purchase price on my credit card, but it expired and so now there is no charge set up from them on my credit card.
GetHuman-maurieo did not yet indicate what Denon should do to make this right.
