Hi**I had recently booked my trip to India through travelocity and my tickets were booked through Delta Airlines. My flight was on November **th from Houston. The first flight was delayed and I was given the next day flight as I would miss the connecting flight. I lost one day of my trip. First there was no compensation for this and on top of that the agent was so rude to help me even though I was so polite. I understand they have many people to take care of. But I was going to see my parents my * years and it was so difficult to get the time off. I somehow was okay with everything. **Then next day I hoped the plane and managed to go through all the security check ins and travel to different terminal in Paris to reach my connecting flight in Paris through Jet Airways. Now I somehow managed to reach on time and they told me I have issues with my boarding pass*They said delta or Air France never confirmed with them and without checking they didn’t let board the flight. Here I have already lost a day and desperate to go home bit I kept my cool and went to another terminal again passed security check in to talk to Air France as I was told. When I somehow managed to reach as there was no one to tell how to get our from that gate. The Air France lady said I can’t help you it’s Delta Airlines issue and I told her can you please talk to them I’m really tired and I’ll have to go to security check in again and I need to go home. **She said she can’t u understand. Now I headed to another terminal to talk Delta terminals. This lady didn’t return me the Baggage claim ticket print info which delta gave me while booking my alternate flight in Houston. I know I should have asked but I was so tired I thought I have everything but luckily I had boarding pass. **Now when I reached delta airlines counter the man at the office said they should have confirmed with us why didn’t they and all. And I told them they said they did and said you guys didn’t confirm and they didn’t let me board the flight. Now this person said I can only book next flight I can’t do anything else for you. And the next was * hours later connecting flight through London with very little time to change flights but I said ok. I asked if you can help me with some compensation and give me place to refresh he said I can’t its not his fault and I am like it’s not my fault either apart from booking through delta airlines. I was so tired and just spent * hours at CDG airport to get another flight and somehow managed to reach Mumbai *** hours late and no baggage as you didn’t transfer my luggage.now I have to stay in Mumbai just to take my luggage and then head to my hometown in Nagpur. **Now I’m really interested to know how you gonna compensate my time I lost my time with my parents, the way you guys made me travel through whole Paris airport. One more thing I had no change of clothes as they made me transfer all the things from my carry on baggage to check in luggage. I had blisters by the time I reached home.
