I emailed you a number of weeks ago (I believe ** weeks) about another issue, and never received a response. First of all, I'm emailing to follow up on that.**Second, I'm emailing about an issue that I encountered today and has left me with a terrible taste in my mouth on the Delta app. This morning I flew from LGA-SYR, and tonight I intended to fly back SYR-JFK. My flight was booked on an extremely expensive ticket, as you can see from my records. I checked in last night, and saved the boarding pass for my LGA-SYR to my Apple wallet. Because of your automated check in on the app (which you have promoted heavily, and I have really appreciated as I travel a lot for work and am constantly on the go), I assumed I would be able to get my boarding pass for the return. When my meeting ran over, I had to run to the airport and arrived at security, waited in a long line, only to not have my boarding pass load. I ran down to the ticket counter and what did the representative say? She couldn't help me. No way to print. There were no flights available that evening that she offered to book me on, so I ultimately moved to your competitor, JetBlue. I am seeking significant miles, or dollar value, reparations for this inconvenience, and I cannot wait to take this to social media. Your app ruined my evening.
