I recently took a first-class flight from JFK to HNL, and out of the four flights, three didn't justify the first-class expense. The only difference for one leg was a larger seat from SLC to HNL. The flight on the A330 met my expectations. I have accumulated over 1 million miles with my 4 Delta Amex cards. Comparing this experience to JetBlue Mint, I must admit it fell short. In contrast, flying Lufthansa makes me feel like a king. As a business owner, I dislike sending negative feedback, but I'm disappointed with this trip.

I will be flying from Hong Kong to Seoul on Korean Air KE [redacted] on December 19. I will then be transferring to my Delta Flight DL [redacted] to Seattle on the same day. Korean Air has assured me that transferring the bags will not be an issue since they are partner airlines. I would like to confirm with Delta Airlines that I can check in from Hong Kong or that there is a transfer desk at Incheon Airport in Seoul. Due to the current Covid rules in Korea, I am unable to go through immigration but can proceed with the transfer.

I flew with Korean Air from Hong Kong to Seoul on KE [redacted] on December 19, and then transferred to DL [redacted] to Seattle on the same day. Korean Air assured me that transferring bags to Delta, their partner airline, wouldn't be a problem. After chatting with Delta, they confirmed that online check-in for the Seoul to Seattle flight from Hong Kong should work smoothly. I just want to make sure this information is accurate, or if Delta has a transfer desk at Incheon Airport in Seoul so I can avoid going through immigration again to check-in (which I cannot do under current rules). The flight was advertised as flexible with flight credit, not refundable. I planned to use it for future Delta flights. However, the flight was not credited to my SkyMiles account. Now, I need to book a new flight and $[redacted].55 in credit from the original ticket price is missing. I need to modify my current Delta reservation as the airline made changes that are inconvenient for me. I have a trip confirmation with code GWTA44 booked for Robert and Elizabeth Davies. Our flight is from Tucson to Ft. Lauderdale, aiming for a noon arrival the following day. Departure is March 22 with a return on April 2. If Delta economy premium is an option, we'd prefer that. I traveled from Amsterdam to Cali with connecting flights in Atlanta and Bogotá with KLM, Delta, and LATAM. Due to the travel restrictions related to Covid-19, I need to take a Covid-19 test before my flight departing from Switzerland. Despite being fully vaccinated, I must comply with the regulations. My flight is scheduled for Monday, February 21, [redacted], at 1 pm local time. I have already scheduled a PCR Covid test in my town for Sunday at noon, the earliest available option on a Sunday. I hope that the test results will be available in time for my Monday flight; however, I am considering if it's possible to reschedule my flight from Zurich Kloten Airport to Tuesday, February 22, in the evening. I am seeking assistance in locating my lost bag. The baggage reference number is PSCDL28908. I was informed at the airport that the bag would be delivered to my current location in Spokane, WA, but the online tracking shows it was sent to Pasco instead. This has caused me confusion and inconvenience. I am leaving for Yakima tomorrow and cannot spend my time chasing after my bag. I have been trying for two days to change the passenger name. When I purchased my flight ticket with booking reference UIS9Q7, I was asked to provide an email address, and I used my personal email. However, my ticket now shows my nickname "Eve Méndez" instead of my full name "Ivelisse Mendez de Jesus." I have attempted to contact all the airlines for assistance, but nobody can provide me with a solution. My flight is departing soon, and I am in serious trouble.

Dear Sir and Madam, I recently made a flight reservation from Frankfurt, Germany to New York from December 7, [redacted] to December 18, [redacted]. I have received my first vaccine dose in Germany due to a prior COVID-19 infection, and I am aware this may not be recognized in the US. I have a flight scheduled for Monday, but I'm unable to access the airline's website. While the site appears to load, a message at the top states that the service is inaccessible, and none of the features are responsive. My attempts to reach the airline via phone have also been unsuccessful. If I'm unable to check in online, should I simply go to the airport on Monday morning instead? Delta flight confirmation code GLTSAV, Itinerary number [redacted][redacted], for Carol McLaughlin. I would like to inquire about the cancelation of my return flight DL6935 from LGA (LaGuardia) to YYZ (Pearson) due to the changes by Delta at the last minute amidst the current Omicron situation. I had a 6 1/2-hour layover which I decided to avoid. I booked an airport limo to return home from Toronto. When I tried to cancel the connector flight at the LGA Delta check-in, they were unsure how to proceed and suggested contacting Delta later. I received two COVID-19 vaccinations for my trip to Colombia, but only one is showing up in the system. On December 24th, I will be flying from Bologna to Boston with my husband via a layover in Amsterdam. This morning, I completed my contact tracing form successfully. However, when I tried to fill out the form for my husband, Jacobus Johannes Marie Ten Hacken, I received a message saying the information did not match their records. I am sure the details I entered were correct as I have his e-ticket information. I am now wondering if my husband will be able to fill out the form at the airport instead. Thank you.

I am disappointed with the service I received from Delta Airlines during my recent flight from LGA in NYC to ORH in MA. Initially scheduled for 3:20, I was notified of a delay to 4:15 at 12:10, only to receive another message at 3:16 reverting the time back to 3:20. Despite being at the airport, I missed the flight as it had actually departed at 3:15, conflicting with their messages. This led to a 9-hour ordeal where I was rerouted to a different city without any compensation or assistance to reach my intended destination. The lack of support or refunds from both NYC and Boston staff members left me feeling frustrated and unheard. Delta Airlines must address this situation and take responsibility for the inconvenience caused.
