About a week ago I spoke with a rep about my missing sky miles. She determined that I had two accounts. She gave me a new account number ********** and told me to put in a new password for it the next day. Apparently that was time sensitive as I tried to put in a password yesterday but it would not accept it. The message was that my email was not a valid email. I just need one account with a password assigned to my email and have my sky miles put on that account. Confusing, I know, but I’m sure you can sort this out for me. Thank you!
