I just received a notice that I am for renewal of my Office product on June *, but my Exell program, that is part of Office, is not working. Everytime I start it a box with the message Stdold**.tlb appears. When I click "ok" it starts "Configuring Microsoft Office professional Plus ****" which lasts about * minutes before Exell starts working. I am not pleased with that because everytime I have to wait for he program to configure.
GetHuman-lgomezus did not yet indicate what Dell should do to make this right.
