The issue in GetHuman-cdpoint's own words
I bought a Dell Inspiron **** that is still under warranty until November **, ****. The laptop has multiple problems that I have taken to Best Buy's Geek Squad five times which resolved nothing. The computer has an *th Gen Core i* processor, yet it is obviously slower than my sister's Inspiron ****. Every time I start the computer it takes **-** minutes for the Disk to drop from ***% usage to normal numbers. Aside from this the computer's fan is extremely loud and makes a clicking noise. The computer will also freeze completely, display discolored pixels, and display discoloration, if it is picked up with any pressure applied to it. This also occurs randomly with no movement of the computer. I believe I deserve the quality product that I paid for and I hope Dell agrees and is willing to work with me to resolve the issue.
