I have contacted Dell and they have responded - multiple times via email - and I have replied accordingly. Each of Dell's messages to me recounts that they've been trying to contact me and that if I do not respond immediately, they will close my case. **It JUST so happens that my warranty is about to expire!!! Coincidence? I think not, after all of the **** this group has put me through this year - of course, using one of their top*favored means of "serving" the customer by blaming me for obvious SSD problems (oh - and I'm forcing the thing to overheat? To shut down randomly? To lose control of its pointer? To not work as a $**** should, per its own specs??!!**Well, I did request received and read notifications of one of my messages* it was received but there was some sort of error otherwise involved. So, I sent it from my online Outlook account. Still no response. **Just so the reader knows, I've taken Dell through the entire BBB process to no avail. BBB has no power over rendering a fair decision* it only mediates between the messages. Needless to say, I was not happy with the outcome, but Dell can count this situation as a part of its claim of ***% resolved BBB complaints.**Dell has placed numerous - any and all types - restrictions pertaining to protecting it from having any lawsuit - torte, even - pursued* and has incredibly consumer-unfavorable return policies and practically zero remedies for product failures*issues. Its "tech" "support" exists, I think, only to wear the customer down.**I want Dell to quit lying to me and to realize that its superficiality is not welcome here. The BBB couldn't help, but there are a couple of federal agencies I can think of that would be more than willing to investigate the entire company and its practices. I want this thing fixed now.
