Service tag: GHLWWJ*. I have sent my laptop into the depot for repair on three separate occasions each requiring at east **days to process and the laptop is still not functioning correctly. That is **days of repair. I bought this laptop in March and has been nothing but a dud since then. I am constantly reminded that I am outside of the replacement window, but I have spent over **hrs with Dell customer support and technical support trying to fix the serious problems the keep coming up. This refurbished product continues to have problems like loose wires and faulty hard drives. Worse, every time Dell sends the laptop back to me after holding it for **days, a new problem comes out-one that could have been easily caught before the laptop was sent back to me if the tech had just tried to power on the laptop. I was told that the tech was going to replace my hard drive and that I would get my old hard drive in the Mail. I still have yet to receive that old hard drive and I strongly suspect that I did not get a new hard drive in my laptop. The latest issue is that the laptop is slugggish and makes a ticking sound from inside the body. I need my laptop to function properly for my architecture studies at the university. This laptop is no good and I either need to be refunded or be given a new laptop with comparable specs. I was sold a refurbished system that does not work and Dell needs to do the right thing and stand by their product. Stop wasting my time. Replace my laptop!
