I purchased a * in one for my son's graduation. Upon opening it would not work properly.lots of error codes and freezing and not logging on. He was on the phone with tech support for * hours the day we opened it. They finally had him mail it back. Eventually it was returned to us supposedly with software reinstalled. It kept freezing, locking up, and closing programs. Again we went through tech support. They even tried remotely to fix the problems. Now we can't even get it to login at all. Only get an error message. Tech support says they will not replace it, but will possibly send us a used replacement. This is unacceptable. I want a new replacement or a full refund.
GetHuman-kgraden did not yet indicate what Dell - Tech Support should do to make this right.
